SERIES I: NOAH'S ARK

This is the compilation of paintings from my first large canvas series, entitled "Series I: Noah's Ark." The bold colored backgrounds in the paintings represent the rainbow from the story of Noah, my inspiration for the series.

Objectives of this series are:

        1. To give each pair of animals, male and female, the perception of just having stopped what they are doing to look out
of the canvas at who is passing by.
        2. To show my appreciation of this historical event where Noah and his family were obedient and responsible in taking
             on the task of preservation.
        3. To exhibit as many paintings of the animals as possible in one setting, so the viewers can attempt to imagine
themselves as a member of Noah's family on the ark.
